 • Collection / Delivery - All our items, including this one, are available for collection from any one of our sites. All items can be transferred internally within 5 working days of your request following the end of the auction.  Our shops are located centrally in the following towns across North Derbyshire:-  Alfreton - Ashgate - Bakewell - Bolsover - Chesterfield - Clay Cross - Clowne -Dronfield - Eckington - Hasland - Matlock - Rowsley - Shirebrook - Staveley

 • Payment - Please make payments within 48 hours of the auction finishing. PayPal is the only method which we accept for online payments though cash or card on collection is perfectly acceptable.

 • Postage - We are always happy to combine postage on multiple items - simply request a total invoice when you have finished shopping. If you require delivery to a very remote area our courier may occasionally demand a surcharge which we have no option but to pass on to the winning bidder. Refusal to pay this surcharge will void the sale.

• Dispatch Times - We will normally dispatch items within 1 working day. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch on time we will notify you immediately. Please be aware that our offices are closed over the weekend. Our shops, however, are open 7 days for collections.

About Us

Ashgate Hospicecare is an independent charity that provides care to patients with a life-limiting illness and their families across North Derbyshire. We make thousands of visits to patients every year in their own homes through our Hospice at Home Team, Palliative Care Specialist Nurse Team, Lymphoedema Team, and Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy Teams and Supportive Care teams.

We have a Day Hospice for up to 16 patients per day, four days a week, a 21 bed Inpatient Unit providing 24/7 care, and a range of therapy and support services on site. All of our services are provided free of charge to patients and their families. We are mostly funded through donations, gifts in Wills, and income raised by our 15 shops and three coffee shops.
