The Beatles SGT Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band Original US Capitol Records MAS 2653 MONO
This record is often considered the number 1 album of All-Time. Here we have an original Mono pressing. The Beatles often participated in the Mono mixes of their albums however, not so much on the Stereo mixes. Many people like the subtle differences of the Mono pressing.
This Vinyl was play tested as VG. Not just visually graded. It's not pristine and is being sold as a VG record. You can tell it's been played with minor crackling and minor background noise in some quiet parts.
Cover is G+. Front looks better. It's got pretty rich color, minor ring wear at top. Back has more scuffing and more noticeable ring wear. Some corner and edge wear too. Original inner sleeve is split pretty bad so while it's there, I have placed the record in a different, protective inner sleeve. No cut-out insert.
I feel this is a piece of music history. Imagine the original owner who took this home and was blown away with the music.
