Still factory LP by Brookside Jazz Ensemble With Ursula Walker. LP is titled "Cook Book #1". Original pressing on Mark Records #MC23600. The corners have little bit of wear where the shrink wrap has shrunk/worn off. Vinyl Mint (unopened/unplayed). Sealed item disclaimer: Unlike recently manufactured 'new'-product which is sold sealed with the expectation that the customer will surely open and use, vintage items under old-seal are artifacts in their original seal. As such, we offer vintage sealed LP's in either of two ways according to the preference of the buyer: (1). the item may be sold 'as-sealed' with the expectation that the consumer intends to keep the item sealed. In such cases, we guarantee that the seal is original and authentic. If the buyer doesn't agree upon receipt that the seal is authentic, they may return the album in the same condition (still sealed) for refund, or, (2). if the buyer wishes the condition and correctness of contents guaranteed, then they may ask us to open the LP and inspect it before shipping. If there is any problem visible to us, we will let the buyer know and give them the option to be refunded and cancel the sale. Thanks for understanding that guaranteeing transactions involving vintage sealed items is more complicated than that for open product or new sealed items.

Grading Scale:

10: Mint Perfect record, clean gloss, no marks, beautiful in every way. Very few records will make mint.

9: Mint- Very clean, only a few light marks. A great record.

8: Excellent (VG++) Condition between 7 and 9.

7: VG+ Used, but not abused. Light scratches only. Should play, and look very nice with minimal surface noise.

6: VG Still a nice record. Looks a bit used, light scratches, no gouges, still plays well, some surface noise.

5: VG- A bit rough but will play ok. Fills the collection.

4: G Plays very rough. Has multiple scratches. What a bargain!!

3-2-1: It only goes down from here.
