George Martin (The Beatles record producer and arranger). 45 and Picture sleeve " A Hard Day's Night / I Should Have Known Better " United Artists UA 750 1964. Both sides are instrumentals. Photo of the four Beatles on the one side of the sleeve and a black and white photo of the Beatles along with George Martin on the opposite side. NOTE: This picture sleeve is rare and it alone books for up to $2000 in some guides. The record is fairly nice. Still shiny and plays relatively well. Light background noise. There are a few scattered surface and scuff scratches. Also the A side has a TINY dot like spot that can be felt. You can hear a few light "ticks" here for a couple of revolutions. Plays well otherwise. There is a tiny chip on the rim of the record (doesn't extend into the play area). It can't be seen on the other side. The labels have light wear and ring wear. The picture sleeve is mostly nice for the most part. Light ring wear on the color side and a bit more on the black and white side. A couple of slightly bent corners. The B side has a small area of glue residue in one corner where a sticker was removed. No splits, (other) stickers, etc. A fairly nice copy of this sleeve overall. Scarce and HIGHLY collectible.
