Up for auction is an original pressing of the Black Sabbath album Master Of Reality, originally released in the U.S. on Warner Bros. (BS 2562) in 1971:
-Guaranteed original First pressing -Original olive green WB labels
-Artisan mastering symbol in deadwax -Original embossed cover -Original and date correct WB inner sleeve (has writing on it, and cut)
-No poster -Vinyl comes in poly audiophile protective inner sleeve
Note: Original pressings have the Artisan mastering symbol in the deadwax--these pressings are considered among collectors to have superior audio quality.
Condition: Cover is generally clean and attractive.  No significant ring wear, just some light rub.  Has some light creasing along spine, and an area of wear and separation (see photo).  Some rubbing wear on one corner and top of spine with a separation (see photo).  Still has much of its original shine (see photos).  Still an attractive original. Grade: Very Good Plus (VG+)
Vinyl is also nice, still retains much of its original shine.  Under a strong light, shows some light scratches and paper scuffs on both sides, but nothing deep or serious--nothing that should cause any problems with the sound quality, which is overall very good.  This record looks like it's been played a number of times, but overall not man-handled or abused.  A very good listening copy.
