This is the 6-record set of the Decca Records 'Song Hits from the Paramount Picture Holiday Inn'. It is DECCA Album No. 306 - 18M Series.
I do not know the official condition, but in my opinion the records are in excellent condition, except that the second record ("Abraham" #18245 A / "Easter Parade" #18425 B) has one crack from the edge to the center before the label.
Considering its age, the binder is in very good shape, with some wear on the spine and around the edges.
The sleeves inside are in excellent condition.
