Description:
Charles
Mingus double LP entitled "Mingus At Monterey" Live on JWS
(001 & 002). Both records have high gloss without markings,
however record one has a bubble that extends to both sides of the
record. I didn't notice any noise on side 1, but on side 2, I did
hear a low thump for about 7 revolutions (sounded like a low drum
beat). That was the only distortion. Record 2 looks and played Near
Mint. I graded the set as Excellent, because of record one. The
record labels are grooved and clean. The gatefold cover is VG+ to
Excellent with no writing, stickers or seam splits, and not a
cut-out. There is a little light stain on the back cover, around the
track listings. The tracks on the LP's are "I've Got It Bad / In
A Sentimental Mood / All Too Soon / Mood Indigo / Sophisticated Lady
/ A Train / A Train (Part 2) / "Orange Was The Color Of Her
Dress, Then Blue Silk" / "Orange Was The Color Of Her
Dress, Then Blue Silk" (Part 2) / Meditations On Integration /
Meditations On Integration (Part 2)." The album is an original
first pressing that was released in 1968.
