Side A is the picture, Side B is the single track. In stickered plastic sleeve; sleeve does have a split to the left side, and less so the right side (every copy I've seen has sustained such splits).
These were sold exclusively on Brandi's online store. Now sold out, and currently there are no copies for sale on Discogs.
