DE DANANN eponymous debut lp released on the Polydor label in 1975 (2904 005). The brilliant first album by this rightly celebrated Galway traditional Irish music group. The lineup on this album is Frankie Gavin (fiddle), Dolores Keane (vocal), Alec Finn (bouzouki), Johnny McDonagh (bodhran) and Charlie Piggott (banjo). The record was produced by Donal Lunny. Vinyl is excellent: shiny and clean with no blemishes. Spindle hole shows no signs of wear. Labels are clear and fresh without any signatures, handwriting or other marks. Cover is very good but the glue in the seams has dried out (quite common in a record that's over 45 years old).
