This is a scarce 1978 picture disc lp record by Gary Numan titled "The Plan" a collection of unreleased recordings. This is on the Beggars Banquet record label #BEGA 55P. Condition of the record is mint minus with clean labels. The cover is very good with light handling wear and a few light creases to the upper right corner area where a hype sticker is.
