1- "L. A. TO MIAMI" LP

This is a still sealed vinyl record album released in 1985.  The cover has one light crease on the front side near the bottom right edge and one small saw mark in the bottom right corner.  The shrink wrap plastic is clean and nice and the record inside is unplayed.

The LP includes the songs MIAMI, MY AMY, I WONDER WHERE YOU ARE TONIGHT, TEN FEET AWAY, ON THE OTHER HAND and more.

2- "THE KEITH WHITLEY STORY" Promo CD

90 minute Radio Show on two Compact Discs.  This is hosted by Keith's last Producer, Garth Fundis, and features country music performers (Emmylou Harris, Lorrie Morgan, Ricky Skaggs and others) plus friends of Keith Whitley recalling some of their most fond memories about his life and career, along with some of Keith's music.

This was never commercially available, and only a small number of copies were made as a promotional only item to be sent to a few country radio stations to play over the air during May of 1992.  

The CDs come inside a double-stacked jewel case with both top and bottom inserts, along with another insert that goes inside the jewel case.  The case is unbroken and structurally sound, with only a small amount of light scuffing on the outside.  The compact discs are clean and show just a bit of light superficial surface scuffing, which in no way affects play.

All of our LP's are shipped in sturdy cardboard LP mailers with appropriate padding.

With the exception of sealed LP's, all LP's are removed from their outer sleeves to prevent seam splitting.

All records are carefully graded. In an attempt to give customers an accurate impression of condition rather than adhere to somewhat arbitrary criteria, The Great Escape gives an "overall presentation" grade; we do not give a "listening" grade. Our vinyl listings are supplemented when necessary with additional remarks. For example: where some dealers will not allow a cut corner on an otherwise near mint jacket (often automatically relegating it to a VG+ at best), we may grade such a record as NM and note the cut-out mark (thereby letting you know what it "really" looks like: a near-perfect record with a cut corner). LPs are graded cover first, followed by the grade for the vinyl.
