The record play-grades in EXCELLENT Condition.Visually looks in NEAR MINT Condition. The cover is in VERY GOOD+ Condition.
Top seam has some cracking.
Bottom seam has a 2" split in middle.
Left seam has a 1/2" split in middle.
Shows very light ring/rub wear.
The right edge (open side) is a little rough.
The 2 bottom corners have light bend creases.
No writing, holes or cuts.
