Extremely rare and increasingly scarce Original UK 12" in picture sleeve.

Disc is in Excellent condition, showing a beautiful shine, and hardly any signs of use at all. Sleeve would grade as Excellent, with some very, very light ringwear, a small corner bump and one or two very light creases. See pics for more.
