The Media Condition is Excellent

The disk looks great, it  can be played end to end without any interference,  it may have very light and minor visible wear and very light and minor hairlines but when playing there should be very minimum or no surface distortion. It may have minor warp wobble.  The label looks really good.

The Sleeve Condition is Generic

This sleeve is not the original sleeve. When shipped, we may provide a generic paper or plastic sleeve. A generic sleeve means the item many have initially had an official artwork sleeve but it has probably been replaced with a generic sleeve and is not the original sleeve provided in this sale.

Hairlines
If we reference a hairlines, it means it is a light line on the disc  that looks like a hair. Hairlines are  different to  scratches or wear. A  hairline is lighter and has limited and less impact on the playing quality, whereas wear or a scratch can  cause some level of clicks, pops or interference when  playing.
