Black Sabbath "Born Again" Original Press NM with Lyric insert. The cover has a cutout notch, the jacket as well. Lower right hand corner. I rated the Cover as EX, without the notch it would be NM. The insert has a small tear on the bottom. Vinyl shipped in separate white sleeve.
