Please review photos. This record has been fully tested. The outer sleeve is still in its original plastic shrink but it has been damaged due to handling over the years and the non protected portions do have some wear/tear to them. I would grade the outer sleeve as G+ (Good Plus). The record has excellent sound without any distortion, pops or tics. The physical record has very little blemishes or small scratches. I would grade the record itself as EX (excellent). It will be placed into a plastic protective sleeve when it is sent out.
On the front of the record it states "This Columbia disc, when played through SQ QUADRAPHONIC systems, will provide the unique experience of fine QUADRAPHONIC separation and the "all-around" sound preference of four-channel listening. This disc may also be played through any conventional stereo system as any other high fidelity stereo recording."
