Vinyl visually grades VG w/ some light scuffs & scratches - both sides play VG+ on my lo-fi system but I can't guarantee how it will sound on your system, to your ears. Labels show very light wear. The Cover shows some soiling (more so on the back) w/ a very small number sticker on the front - but no seam splits, creasing or tears (see pics).
