Glossy Cover is NM- with a small bend lower right corner. (see photos) 

Vinyl is VG+ with moderate scuffing, and according to Discogs, a possible pressing defect skip at the end of "The Sea" verified from multiple copies. I can't currently do play grading, so I can't check for the skip defect. (see photos)
