- Sleeve graded vg+ (minimal damage, as shown in pics)
- Side A & B: off centered label, small warp in side A, side B is more effected by the warp but it does not cause any skips (played on a pro-ject turntable with a counterweight and anti-skate weight)
- Side C & D play normal
