matt issue has 1967 Nems Enterprise Ltd credit
single wallet LP no gatefold & theres NO sign that the back sleeve has been ripped off.
there is no booklet but may not have had one
only track listing is on the front
There are no mattrix numbers either on front back or spine same no ref to record company
cat no is SMAL 2835
