General

The records I list are online returns/stock surplus from a major retailer and in some cases are unplayed. Sometimes they will show signs of wear to the outter sleeve, inner sleeve or inlay. I will always take pictures and try my best to describe any issues with the vinyl or cover.

Please take time to look at the photos as I do my best to take good quality pictures to allow you to see exactly what you'll be getting - the pictures you see are always of the actual item you are bidding on.

Postage

I use Royal Mail for sending records unless  and will happily combine postage on multiple items.

Returns

All records have only been visually graded. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact me and I will be happy to refund any records returned to me. Please message me to discuss if possible before filing for a return as I want to do all I can to ensure your happiness.

If you change your mind and wish to return an item that is as described then the only difference is that return postage will be at your cost.
