Record is in EX to VG++ condition - Full Shiny Sides (both sides show a few superficial hairlines/hairline-scufffing - harmless), side 2 shows a scratch that actually hardly sounds during playback, sound is good, wonderful stereo dynamics, LP hasn't been played often. Not a NM copy but a pretty decent one)

Cover is in EX/VG++ condition (some aging)
