THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND HARD TO FIND! THIS IS ONE OF JIMI HENDRIX RAREST LPs AS IT SOLD ONLY IN FRANCE IN SMALL QUANTITIES WITH MISSCREDITED ISSUES AND RARELY COMES UP FOR SALE.

BARCLAY RECORDS HAD THE RIGHTS FOR JIMI HENDRIX IN FRANCE BUT NOT FOR THE COVERS AND DECIDED TO RELEASE ALL THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF JIMI HENDRIX IN FRANCE WITH THEIR OWN DESIGN COVERS AND WERE NEVER RELEASED ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE REST OF THE WORLD.  THIS DIFFERENT COVER WAS DESIGNED BY CLAUDE CAUDRON.

THE UNIQUE FRENCH SLEEVE WAS DIFFERENT TO THE REST OF THE WORLD AND IS GENUINE! THIS IS THE ORIGINAL FIRST FRENCH PRESSING WITH THE ULTRA RARE COVER DESIGNED BY COMIC CREATOR CLAUDE CAUDRON.  

 

The ULTRA RARE laminated Cover with Claude Caudron graphics is in excellent condition with corner wear. 

The back sleeve has the misscredit name of JIMY instead of JIMI in all the credits and some graffiti.

The vinyl is graded visually in near mint minus condition for side A and in excellent condition for side B. Please see below a description of grades and note that this vinyl is almost 53 years old that has been played and will not transform into anything different to the condition stated.

The orange Barclay labels are in excellent condition and have the misscredited labels JIMY instead of JIMI.

The spine is complete but dented in some parts.

Visually-graded vinyl: A visual grading will identify physical flaws (such as scratches) and can help determine whether a record has been cared-for properly. A visual grading will not identify noise or crackle caused by non-visible sources. Most of the records I sell are between thirty and sixty years old and so it is likely that there may be some background noise even if they look perfect.

Cover - Looks new - no marks, wear or damage
Disc - Looks unplayed - no marks visible
 
Near Mint              
Cover - Looks virtually new with signs of handling- Minor wear creases but no marks or damage. Light sleeves may show slight discoloration due to age.
Disc - May have minor scuffs &/or hairline scratches caused by moving record in & out of paper sleeve
 
Excellent                
Cover - Slight signs of wear on edges/spine, corners or ring wear. No damage caused by sticker removal/residue.
Disc- The record has been played and has superficial marks &/or hairline scratches and paper scuffs.
 
Very good              
Cover - Moderate edge/spine or ring wear. Corners may be a little blunt. Opening edge may show feathering caused by removal of record. Visible creases or laminate lift. Localised sticker removal damage.
Disc - The record has been played frequently and has noticeable surface marks, occasional light scratches and paper scuffs.
 
Good                      
Cover - Heavy ring or edge/spine wear. Corners noticeable bashed. Heavy creases. Considerable laminate/surface damage.
Disc - The record looks very well played and the sound quality has probably deteriorated noticeably. A lot of surface marks/scratches. Usually used as collection filler
