FOR SALE:
The L.S. Underground 1989 vinyl LP record entitled "WAKIN' UP THE DEAD."
THIS IS A VINYL LP RECORD, NOT A COMPACT DISC.
L.S. Underground, "Wakin' Up The Dead" (Blonde Vinyl Records BVLP3362, 1989, 1992, 2019). Blonde Vinyl Records originally released this album on cassette only in 1989, just a couple years after the band's seminal album "Shaded Pain." They reissued it for the first time on compact disc, with new cover artwork, in 1992. In 2019, it was reissued for the first time on vinyl as part of a Kickstarter campaign. Michael Knott painted a new version of the cover artwork, and the LP comes in a beautiful gatefold jacket with lyrics and a historical retrospective written by D.W. Dunphy. The songs on this LP include: "The Bomb," "Ocean Blue," "Touch," "House Of Love," "Revival Nineties," "Carry Me To Cairo," "Come Alive Again," "Dancin' In The Kettle," "I Need You So," "Nineties Tease," and "Wakin' Up The Dead."
This album is BRAND NEW and is UNPLAYED. It is not "sealed"--none of the copies of this album were ever "sealed." The albums were instead shipped in a polyurethane cover (see photo).
The album was released with random color vinyl. This copy is on yellow-green vinyl.
