Record is in great shape there is a scuff at the bottom see pictures im giving it a lower grade of VG+ for the scuff but i think its an EX
Sleeve is in great shape glossy
Record grading is subjective. Everyone has a different opinion, i do my best to give a round about grade it is not a professional grade. Most of my records are VINTAGE, they have been sitting in storage for a long time. I clean them up as good as possible but they may need to be brushed with a record cleaner due to age.
