PACKAGING: We pride ourselves on our super-secure packing. LPs are placed outside the cover (unless sealed), in a new outer sleeve. 45s are housed in a new paper sleeve with plastic outer.
78s are secured in multiple layers of sturdy cardboard, shipped in deeper boxes with extra padding.

GRADING:

We Grade very strictly with accurate descriptions of actual condition. Visual grading of VINYL is determined as follows:

MINT (M)   

Truly “As New”, as it was when it left the factory. No scuffs, scratches, flaws, defects, marks or any other indications of being handled or played.

NEAR MINT (NM)   

Very glossy, no scuffs, scratches or marks. May have been played but very sparingly. Plays with no audible noise. Label is clean and unmarked.

NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-)   

Still no scratches and nearly flawless, may have the tiniest of small scuffs, a light finger mark or two, labels are clean and unmarked.

VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+)   

May have 1-3 very minor scuffs, possibly a hairline scratch or two or small finger marks. Vinyl shiny, possible light spindle marks.

VERY GOOD (VG)   

Some minor scratches or scuffs. Vinyl still has good luster. Labels may have minor imperfections, small writing, light spindle marks, etc.

COVERS:

 

MINT

No marks, writing, tears, dents, fading, or impressions from the disc.

NM

Minor signs of edge/corner wear, hint of ring wear, none that are too noticeable or that interfere with the integrity of the Artwork.

VG+

Minor ring wear, or very light corner bumps or creases. No seam splits. Artwork is clean and unworn and there is no ink wear or fading.

VG

Minor writing, marks or wear. Moderate ring wear, possibly minor loss of ink. Slight fading or staining, minor seam wear, possible small splits.
