Record is in great shape there is a light round scuff (see pics) the records look almost NM check the pics and make your own opinion
Record grading is subjective. Everyone has a different opinion, i do my best to give a round about grade it is not a professional grade. Most of my records are VINTAGE, they have been sitting in storage for a long time. I clean them up as good as possible but they may need to be brushed with a record cleaner due to age.
