Record looks really good for its age better than most vintage vinyl ive seen it does have a few small scuffs see pics
Jacket has normal age wear inside of gatefold looks like it got stuck in a part see pics

Record grading is subjective. Everyone has a different opinion, i do my best to give a round about grade it is not a professional grade. Most of my records are VINTAGE, they have been sitting in storage for a long time. I clean them up as good as possible but they may need to be brushed with a record cleaner due to age.
