Good British-only release from 1978.
Record sleeve liner notes read: A.A. Milne's stories and poems about Christopher Robin and Winnie the Pooh are classics not only in Britain but throughout the world. 'When We Were Very Young' is one of only two books of verse written by A.A. Milne for his son Christopher Robin.

This superb recording by the father-daughter team of Sir John Mills and Hayley Mills captures the essence of the Milne magic with such favourites as 'Buckingham Palace', 'The King's Breakfast 'and 'Halfway Down'.

The recording comprises the complete book 'When We Were Very Young'.
Condition
Vinyl – F-G. A wonderfully clean surface showing no signs of wear or marks. Played just pre-listing and sound clarity is good. Some light crackling/surface noise throughout. No skipping or jumping. The stylus sticks in several places, at least twice on side A, so listed as fair.
Outer sleeve (cover) – G-VG. Colours are unfaded. Nice laminated front. Some corner wear and dents. Vein-like creasing, a few other scuffs and some folds on front. Edges and spine are scuffed and split. Sellotape residue on bottom edge. Aperture is dog-eared and nicked. Minor disc outline on both sides. Reverse has wear on bottom and top areas as well as some marks. Overall, good.
Inner sleeve – EX. Original EMI. White paper with curved corners. EMI care instructions and copyright notice printed in black text on one side. Clean and intact.
