MILES DAVIS: Volume 2, US 1956 1st pressing Blue Note LP. Flat Edge vinyl, 'frame' cover. Lexington labels. 'P' & RVG in dead wax. Earliest pressing of this LP. VINYL is EXCELLENT+, with an absolute minimal amount of ultra thin hairlines. Label indicate little plays, sound is simply superb throughout. Please note the 'track-time' notations by each track on labels in thin pen. COVER is EXCELLENT with solid seams (with minimal rubwear only). Hard to imagine finding a better copy - as especially these early 'frame' covers are more fragile than later blue note covers used for this title.  

All items are play graded and carefully checked. All LPs are cleaned on the Audio Desk Ultrasonic Vinyl Cleaner for optimal sound-quality.

REGISTERED SHIPPING for 1 to 5 LPs is 15 GBP only. Same charge for 1 or 5 LPs, or any number in between. 6-10 LPs will be sent in two packages at 30 GBP.

PACKING

Special UK-made extra-stiff-mailers designed for multiple LPs are used, even for single LP packages. The boxes are oversized and thus provide extra corner protection as well as great stiffness to the package. Additional protection may also be used when found nessesary, such as stiffeners, bubble-wrap, extra corner-protection. I do not charge anything for packing materials.

GRADINGS

MINT(-) is as close to new as a used LP or cover can get, unplayed or played 1-2 times at most with no visual signs of use on surfaces.

MINT- is superb, almost like new. No marks, scratches, clicks, noise, or anything else, aside from possibly a barely visible and inaudible hairline or two. All minor blemishes will be mentioned in the individual descriptions.

EX or EXCELLENT is also VERY nice, 2-3 light inaudible marks/hairlines perhaps, no disturbing noise, great sound quality.

VG+ is nice with light hairlines, a few marks maybe. Please see individual notes in case of VG+ or lower gradings.

VG... Well used but still very enjoyable. See individual notes on the item in question.
