This is the 4th pressing, the 1st 2nd & 3rd were from 1997, 2014 & 2015 respectively and its likely not to be reprinted too often which would add to the collectability of this pressing variant.
Shipping via USPS media mail, in heavy duty packaging. Usually next day and sometimes same day for handling time to get the package to the post office besides Saturdays, 3 business days maximum handling time.
