Capitol Records # R-5365 Inside play out groove stamped R-1-5365 -G 4
Both record & sleeve are in very nice, undamaged condition. Very slight corner bend on upper-right. Very, very light shelf wear, barely noticeable.
I personally obtained this from Capitol Records in Dallas, Texas when I used to work there in '67-68. Authentic & original.
