Power Station ORIG OZ ST LP NM ’85 Parlophone Robert Palmer Duran Duran
Original OZ LP released in 1985 on parlophone Records. Cat: EMC-240297. Comes with printed lyric inner bag which is in Excellent condition.
This record came from a collection in absolutely stunning condition, many not played at all and most only played a few times at best.
Under the direction of guitarist Andy Taylor, the Power Station is an attempt to break free from the constraints of Duran Duran's polished synth pop, adding elements of funk, courtesy of Chic drummer Tony Thompson, as well as straight-ahead hard rock, courtesy of vocalist Robert Palmer.

There are no signs of spindle marks on labels. Record is in Near Mint condition. Cover has a few light marks and is in Excellent condition. Cover has the start of a tiny seam split on top centre edge and is in VG++ condition.
Wrapping method: All records are sent in stiff cardboard mailers then wrapped in brown paper and sealed around edges with brown packaging tape. Records are taken out of sleeve to avoid seam splits and ring wear.
