RETURNS: If you have an issue, please contact me. Don’t throw a tantrum and leave bad feedback before giving me a chance to make it right. You will send the item back; I will not knock money off after the sale. I’m done with the grifters.
SHIPPING: Unless free shipping is provided, my shipping is set at $5 for any item under $30 and $7 for any item over $30. I insure them and use new crush-proof mailers that cost $2 each. So far, I have never had an issue. Nothing upsets customers more than a damaged item. Please realize I’m not ripping you off on shipping. Shipping and boxes like everything is inflated.
I am a one-man operation. I ship Monday, Friday, and Saturday. And everyday during the holiday season. I process returns on Saturday. Again I will not haggle on price after the sale. You either keep it or return it in full.
