Sealed copy, not a cutout. This is NOT the reissue; this is the original 1994 Geffen pressing, the last recording by Nirvana before Kurt Cobain's death. I'm helping a friend downsize a very substantial rock collection including a lot of audiophile stuff, take a look.
A note on the shrink-wrap: just due to age, the shrink on the left seam has natural split neatly starting at the top. It is not tattered. The tiny fraction of an inch of the exposed jacket is slightly discolored as a result, only on the front (visible in phot). There are no other tatters or tears in the shrink-wrap.
