Includes insert and download card (expired 12/31/16). 

Bought this as technically new, but the shrink had ripped off so store re-shrinked it, which I have removed to check it. The vinyl is unplayed, record appears to be in fine condition so I'll say M- after visual inspection. 

Sleeve in VG+ condition: there are a couple of light creases/dings around the bottom left corner and a touch of wear along the opening side (I have tried to capture these in the photos). 

This will be shipped in a Bags Unlimited Mighty Music Mailer, a cardboard LP mailer with elongated sides designed to decrease the likelihood of corner or edge damage during transit.
