Hole punch on the top corner. Slight creases and corner dings on the sleeve, refer to pictures please. Vinyl is clean but has some light scuffs and minor hairlines seen under a bright light. It was pressed at a lower volume than a normal record so you have to turn the volume up a bit. Has some crackle to it upon playing. It’s not excessive but it is present upon playback. But it does sound good after all that being said.
