Julie London....when you hear her name, if you just think of the pretty nurse from the TV series "Emergency!" we have a nice surprise for you. Julie was a superb jazz singer, and this album totally shows off her gorgeous smoky voice, perfect phrasing and breath control--not to mention her superb ability to create a deep, sultry midnight mood. Backed by a small combo with sax and guitar. On Liberty Records. This is the original 1967 mono version, LRP 3493. It's kinda rare; her earlier albums are easier to find. This copy is in great shape. The vinyl plays beautifully--we play tested the whole thing. Looks nice and glossy too. We grade it VG+. The jacket is clean and looks fine too--there is one sticker on the back stating that it once belonged to a musical archive. That's all. VG+ also.
We send LPs via USPS media mail, very safely packed. We can send up to 5-6 albums in one box, at base $6 shipping price plus $1 for each additional disc. We play test most of our albums and our grading reflects that. Feel free to ask any questions you may have.
