The event film this fall is L’amour Ouf directed by Gilles Lellouche with Adèle Exarchopoulos and François Civil in the lead roles. The 80s, in the north of France.  Jackie and Clotaire grew up between the high school benches and the port docks. She studies, he hangs out. And then their destinies intersect and it’s mad love. Life will try to separate them but nothing works, these two are like the two ventricles of the same heart... The music, which is very present in the film, is almost a character in its own right which accompanies the two protagonists. There are great titles from the 80s and 90s.

Le film évènement de cet automne c’est bien L’amour Ouf réalisé par Gilles Lellouche avec Adèle Exarchopoulos et François Civil dans les rôles principaux. Les années 80, dans le nord de la France.  Jackie et Clotaire grandissent entre les bancs du lycée et les docks du port. Elle étudie, il traîne. Et puis leurs destins se croisent et c'est l'amour fou. La vie s'efforcera de les séparer mais rien n'y fait, ces deux-là sont comme les deux ventricules du même cœur... La musique très présente dans le film est presque un personnage à part entière qui accompagne les deux protagonistes. On y retrouve de grands titres des années 80 et 90.
