From a clean smoke-free envionrment. The record has a lot of scratches. I listened to the album. The only skipping I noticed occured during the song, "#1 Bad Boy." It skipped once. The sleeve has stains, creases, and a few tears. The insert is a listing of the songs with lyrics, and it has creases and splits. No other inlay.
