Use a specially made cardboard LP mailer(Unsealed records) Remove vinyl & inner sleeve from outer jacket and place next to jacket.Place everything inside a protective outer sleeveSandwich between 2 cardboard fillers and possibly bubble-wrap depending on the situation and fit
