SCRITTI POLITTI Skank Bloc Bologna (St. Pancras) Original UK 1st Pressing MINT!
Very RARE original UK first pressing of Scritti Politti`s debut single "Skank Bloc Bologna" b/w "Is And Ought The Western World" and "28/8/78" on St. Pancras Records (October 1978).
An awesomely original debut, the pared-down minimal roots reggae-cum-new-wave sound of "Skank Bloc Bologna" still sounds fresh and original even today. Released as an original, very limited run of 2`500 copies, all intricately folded, stapled and hand-stamped, this is one of those 2`500 singles!
GRADING:
EX+ to MINT- COVER with a bit of storage wear. Please see photos for details.
- Light general wear and a corner crease, from years-long storage only.
- Small brownish stain (of unknown origin) on rear sleeve.

MINT(-) RECORD, perfect. Played exactly once for audio assessment only. Straight from old store stock!
This single stems from a small collection of 7" pearls picked up at the closing-down sale of a local record store. All singles are from old store stock and have been in (dry, safe) storage since the store owner originally acquired them from Rough Trade UK distribution at the time of original release, i.e. in 1978 and 1979! 
This might well be the last time you see these items in MINT UNPLAYED condition - so please bid wisely and with confidence!
