This release is from the 2nd installation of the Sub Pop Singles Club (SP528), limited to a total of 1300 on beautiful CLEAR GREEN vinyl!

The sleeve is in Excellent shape! The Sub Pop Singles Club subscription form is included, as is the catalog insert (see scans). A very close visual inspection of the playing surface shows Excellent condition. The Club flap is unattached.
