Ted Nugent State Of Shock Picture Disc Ted Nugent State Of Shock picture disc LP (Epic AS 99-607, 1979). Demonstration only (i.e. promotional). Sleeve and vinyl are VG+ (visual grading). The front of the sleeve has a couple nicks on the right side of the round display opening, and the back of the sleeve has a vertical line (very thin indentation) up the center, visible if you old the sleeve up to the light just right.
