 LABEL =  FONTANA 680 203 MONO [DEEP GROOVE BOTH BLUE LABEL JAPAN PRESSING]

 Condition Record =   VG++   has some light surface visible.   

Condition Cover =    VG+  no writing.   seam splits top and bottom center 3".  some damage to top on back when professional glue repair was done.
