Includes Original 7" in black sleeve.

Disc & Flag are in Excellent condition, with the disc showing some light surface marking. Sticker is still on packaging, though has discoloured somewhat & got tatty, as has the plastic outer bag (which is very thin) & is slightly ripped. But Still great for this now very hard to find item!
