This is an auction for an original copy of the 1969 Elvis release Memories / Charro released in the USA.
The record itself (47-9731 orange label) is in VERY GOOD+ condition retaining some of it's natural sheen.
The labels are CLEAN and have NO WRITING (see photos)
The picture sleeve is much sought after and was listed in a U.S guide book back in 2008 as $35 in the condition it is in now(which i would say is in VERY GOOD+ condition ) for the sleeve(see photos)
There are NO SPLITS,RIPS,TEARS or WRITING.
The only thing that stops this from grading higher is some ringwear/creases/scuff marks(see photos)
Overall 2 years ago this was valued at $42(£26 approx) .I dont have a current price guide but i would say at least £28
With a starting price at less than half that you might be able to grab yourself a bargain!!!
