When Blackmore's Night rolled in to York, England, on September 30, 2011, the heat scorched the medieval streets and the sunlight bathed the old city walls. Inside the Grand Opera House, Ritchie Blackmore (ex-Deep Purple, Rainbow), Candice Night and their band of minstrels were generating their own heat as they took their devoted audience on a musical journey through the ages with songs from their two new albums, Secret Voyage and Autumn Sky such as "Locked Within The Crystal Ball," "Darkness" plus a new interpretation of "First of May," a rarely played ballad, originally done by the Bee Gees, and an additional smattering of songs from earlier albums, most notably the classic Fires At Midnight. Gatefold double vinyl.

Packages usually ship 4 to 10 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) after payment. Some items and large orders may take a little longer, some orders may be quicker. Shipping insurance is automatically included on U.S. orders of $50.00 or more.

When you are done purchasing all the items you'd like, wait for us to send the invoice through E-Bay with the combined shipping/handling total.


Can I pick my item up personally?
Unfortunately, we can't accomodate local pickups as we are an internet-based store only.


How long before my order ships?
Orders usually ship within 2-7 business days. Please understand that it is impossible to keep all 100,000+ items (and multiple copies of those items) in stock at all times. Sometimes an order gets caught while re-supplying. Once an order is in the hands of the USPS, it can take another 2-14 days.


Why hasn't my item been shipped yet?
Please be patient. It is somewhere in our delivery path. Sometimes our emails get screened out. The bottom line is that 90% of all orders arrive within 10 days and 99% arrive within 3 weeks.


Will I be able to track my shipment?
Yes, tracking is included with all shipments.

How do you handle refunds and credits?
For situations in which a credit is in order, we will refund your Paypal account or credit card, minus shipping charges.


You haven't emailed me my total! How do I pay?
Our system will automatically send an E-Bay invoice within 24 hours of the end of auction.


Can I return my product?
Yes, if your product is defective, we will send a replacement as long as it is sent back within 30 days of purchase.


What if my order is not complete when it arrives?
Check your shipping confirmation e-mail to make sure the items weren't sent in multiple shipments. If they weren't, contact us and we we'll take care of it.


What if one of my items is not available (out of print/stock)?
Record companies take LP's cd's, and dvd's in and out of circulation all the time, without notice, to generate future demand. We have no control over this and it affects all media sellers.
