BOTH RECORDS AND INNER SLEEVES ARE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. THE OUTER SLEEVE IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. THERE IS A TINY PIECE OF STICKER RESIDUE AT THE TOP RIGHT HAND CORNER AND A 1CM SIZE CREASE AT THE BOTTOM UNDER THE "R" OF NEIGHBOURHOOD. NEVER PLAYED!

 I recently got my record collection out of storage and now is the time to part with it. After working in music retail for 21 years my collection is so vast that it will take a while to list it all. I will be listing items every week as I make my way through the storage boxes! Most of my vinyl is sealed and a lot of the unsealed titles are in mint condition and have never been played as I haven’t owned a turntable since 1991.
