Record: Good. There are heavy marks on those sides that create pops and clicks. 

Labels: Very Good++. There is some faint discoloration on both sides. 

Sleeve: Very Good. There is a tiny split on the bottom at the opening edge. There is discoloration and ringwear to both sides.
